Refund policy
PRODUCT ISSUE
If it is an issue on our end where we sent out the wrong product, the wrong size or bad graphic design, just send us a photo of what you have received for quality control purposes. We can offer a refund or replacement once the issue is deemed our fault.
For our US customers, you have up to 14 days after the shipped date and for our international customers, you have up to 30 days after the shipped date.
TRACKING SHOWS ARRIVED
There’s not a whole lot we can do when the tracking info shows it as being delivered. You may check with everyone in your household as someone else might have brought it in for safety. Sometimes we have heard of a package going to a neighbor mistakenly or being left at a different/side door. In our experience, usually, the package is located.
Most orders are shipped via UPS Mail Innovations or UPS Surepost, and final delivery is by the USPS so we also suggest contacting your local post office and so you can get in touch with the actual person who delivered it and see if they recall where they left it. It’s best to do that soon after it’s marked as delivered.
SIZING EXCHANGE
Any returns due to size issues or second thoughts, unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges or refunds in those situations. You do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the Size Guide listed on the product pages.
Vanitywig.com gladly accepts return of all eligible products no later than 14 days from the original ship date. You are responsible for the return/restocking fees on orders returned.
Altered packaging/product, worn, or damaged items are not eligible for return.
RESTOCKING FEE
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee on all returnable items within the 14 days of the purchasing date depending on their condition when returned. Refer to our Returning Policies for more info.
If you placed an order and received free shipping but returned an item and you no longer qualify for the free shipping, you, the buyer, are responsible for paying the original cost of shipping and the return shipping cost.
For example, if you spent $110 but returned an item(s) that cost $40, you no longer qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is for orders over $99, your order total is now $70 after your return. Therefore, you are responsible for the shipping cost.

What is a reasonable restocking fee? It is the percentage of the item’s price depending on type of item and condition when it is returned. Our restocking fee is 10%.
ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
In original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no odor or signs of wear or styling product).
Must have tags attached and in original packaging.
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the original ship date of the order.
INELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
- Worn items or items containing any signs of wear including odor or styling product.
- Damaged packaging or product as well as discontinued, closeout, and last call items.
- Hair Care items are not eligible for return if they have been removed from their original packaging (i.e. bubble wrap).
- Charity donations added at checkout are not eligible for return/refund.
- Ineligible products received by Vanitywig.com will be returned to you at your expense.
RETURN ADDRESS:
If you wish to return the item(s) to the nearest return address, please send us an email first and one of our support team will get back to you within 24 hours.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Also note that you are responsible for any return shipping cost (if there's any).
WHAT WE NEED TO PROCESS A REPLACEMENT.
- Complete name and email.
- Your order number
- A picture of the wrong/damaged item.
Please provide the changes necessary to correct/make replacement order, ie: color, size, style, etc.
You may send this information to support@vanitywig.com. Once we receive this information, we will print a replacement product and send it right out!
