PRODUCT ISSUE

If it's an issue  send us a photo of the item you have received for quality control purposes. We will gladly exchange , provide store credit . 

 You have up to 7 days after the delivery date .


TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED

There’s not a whole lot we can do when the tracking info shows it as being delivered. You may check with everyone in your household as someone else might have brought it in for safety. Sometimes we have heard of a package going to a neighbor mistakenly or being left at a different/side door.

Please note that Vanityglam.com is not responsible for the item(s) lost in transit, missing, or marked as delivered but not received. In this cases, we strongly suggest to contact the carrier company indicated on the tracking information as they take full responsibility on their deliveries. Most orders are shipped via USPS FedEx or DHL. 

Reach out to them right away so you can get in touch with the actual person who delivered it and see if they recall where they left it. It’s best to do that soon after it’s marked as delivered.



ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

ShopVanityGlam.com gladly accepts return of all eligible products no later than 7 days from the original delivery date. Please note that you may be responsible for the return/shipping fees on orders returned.  

 (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no odor or signs of wear.

 

INELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

  • Worn items or items containing any signs of wear including odor 
  • Damaged packaging or product as well as discontinued, closeout, and last call items.
  • Charity donations added at checkout are not eligible for return/refund.

RETURN ADDRESS:

If you wish to return the item(s), please send us an email first and one of our support team will get back to you within 24 hours.

Note: Please do not return the item(s) to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.



MAY I RETURN MY VANITY  PRODUCTS WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU?

You must always contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refunds will be issued   after return is inspected and confirmed

Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend to contact your credit card provider.

WHAT WE NEED TO PROCESS A REPLACEMENT.

  • Complete name and email.
  • Your order number
  • A picture of the wrong/damaged item.

Please provide the changes necessary to correct/make replacement order, ie: color, size, style, etc.

You may send this information to support@shopvanityglam.com Once we receive this information, we will print a replacement product and send it right out!
