STANDARD SHIPPING
Please note that VanityGlam is not responsible for unforeseen delays occur due to mailing volume of shipping carriers, public holidays, inaccurate or incomplete shipment information (such as P.O. Box for receiver address and unavailability or refusal of the receiver to accept delivery.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know your or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address).

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

ShopVanityGlam.com is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to the missing, incomplete, or incorrect delivery information. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us at support@ShopVanityGlam.com as soon as possible explaining the error and provide the correct information within 3 hours of purchase. However please understand that once your order is already processed, we can no longer make any changes or cancel the order at this stage.

 

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at numbers above in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Our warehouse team will process your order and put all your item through its strict quality control check which normally takes 24-48 hours and the tracking number will be emailed to our customers. The shipping details are not updated till the carrier picks up the package and it is scanned at the sorting center. This could take another 24 hours for the scans to show.

For colored hair wigs, processing time may take 1-3 business days as  the manufacturer need enough time to prepare the wig to ensure hair color quality.

Please note that all orders placed after 8:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day. For any urgent request, please send us an email to support@shopvanityglam.com or chat with us.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Vanity Glam, and thus cannot be refunded. 

We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

 

TRACK MY ORDER

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched. You will be able to track your parcel status using the tracking number. The shipping details are not updated till the carrier picks up the package and it is scanned at the sorting center. This could take another 24 hours for the scans to show.

 

CANCELLATION

Please cancel your order within 10 minutes of purchase for cancellation. Once your order has been processed, unfortunately we can no longer cancel your order.

PEAK TIMES

Year to year can be different. However, we use these times of the year as our peak times. Keep in mind that shipping times also play a factor in the overall delivery times for orders.

  • Easter - End of March
  • Mother's Day - May around the 3rd weekend
  • Father's Day - June around the 3rd weekend
  • 4th of July - July 4th
  • Back to School -College Sports August thru the middle of September
  • Halloween - October 31st
  • Thanksgiving - November 25th
  • Christmas/New Years December 25th & January 1st
